Happy staff members make happy teachers. Most of our employees have been with us for 10 years or more. All staff members are trained in Infant/Child CPR as well as Emergency First Aid. Our staff are also trained in our curriculum, Creative Curriculum as as well as Pyramid (social emotional skills). We are constantly improving ourselves with continuing education through workshops and seminars provided by Grow NJ Kids.
